Doug oversees the day-to-day operations of Sierra Pacific Properties and spearheads all capital transactions, including development, acquisitions, financing, and works with the division directors on major leasing transactions. He reports directly to ownership.

With over 40 years’ experience in the real estate industry, he has in-depth knowledge of Office, Retail, Industrial, and Multi-Family property types. He is Past President of the Concord and Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce. Doug is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Bryan oversees all financial aspects of Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc. (SPPI), including financing, banking, accounting, reporting, transactional closings, and forecasting. Mr. Hunt has 30 years of industry experience, and prior to SPPI, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Accord Group Holdings LLC and WinnResidential.

Prior to that, he was the Chief Accounting Officer for Essex Property Trust, Inc. Prior to that Mr. Hunt spent 10+ years in public accounting for such firms as Deloitte & Touche LLP, KPMG LLP, and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and is a member of the California State Board of Accountancy and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bob oversees the leasing management of the industrial, business park, and retail properties. Bob has 25 years of industry experience and is in his 20th year with Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc.

He is a Board of Director with the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce and the Pittsburg Police Activities League. Bob holds a BS in Economics from the University of San Francisco along with CPM, RPA, and California broker’s license designations.

Kurt joined Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc. in 2012. Currently, he is responsible for the office property operations for the company’s office building division, consisting of over 1.9 million square feet.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hysen managed and leased commercial real estate portfolios for PS Business Parks, Pacific Gulf Properties, Prentiss Properties and Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Hysen is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. He received his Real Property Administrator’s (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association. He graduated from California State University Northridge with a degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Ernest Davis oversees the Residential Division at Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc., bringing over 25 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. Since joining Sierra Pacific in 2011, he has played a key role in the growth and management of the company’s residential portfolio.

Ernest is affiliated with the California Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association, and the California Department of Real Estate. He also holds real estate broker licenses in multiple states.

Mike is responsible for overall risk management at Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc. He oversees the Risk Department, where he secures and manages insurance policies for the entire company portfolio, as well as manages safety programs, claims, and tenant and vendor insurance.

Prior to joining the company, Mike worked as the Director of Risk Management at New Home Co., a national homebuilder based out of Southern California for almost 10 years. Before that, he worked at Pulte Homes for almost 10 years in Risk Management and Customer Service.

Ofer joined Sierra Pacific Properties, Inc. in July 2021 after managing his own IT consulting firm for over 20 years.

A passionate and innovative IT leader, he excels in implementing cutting-edge technology and brings a positive, hands-on approach. Originally from Israel, he moved to Alaska in the early 1990s as a King crab fisherman and later to San Francisco, where he obtained technical training at UC Berkeley. Outside of work, Ofer enjoys riding his motorcycle, scuba diving with sharks and crocodiles, and actively volunteering in his local community.
