(“SPPI”), is a developer, owner and operator of institutional grade office buildings, business parks, shopping centers and multi-family residential communities, located primarily in Contra Costa and Solano Counties in northern California. SPPI is privately owned by the Seeno family, Seeno Homes, with a long-term hold perspective. Being privately held and headquartered in Concord, California, within minutes of many of our major holdings, we are able to react quickly and efficiently to market conditions and trends. Decision making is swift, agile and accessible, enabling us to out-perform many of our publicly-held competitors. Our principals take an active role in major transactions and company guidance.
SPPI is fully integrated in all aspects of commercial real estate: development, construction, leasing, asset management, property management, financing and accounting. The close coordination between these disciplines is the key to delivering exceptional and seamless service to all of our tenants, service providers and the brokerage community. We currently have an experienced and dedicated staff of 70 professionals and support personnel.
SPPI and its affiliated companies are one of the largest owners of developable land in Contra Costa and Solano Counties for multi-family and commercial development. These land holdings will provide development potential for decades to come.
