Our roots trace back to 3890 Railroad Avenue in Pittsburg, California, where the original SPPI team laid the groundwork for our company’s bright future.
That modest 4,700-square-foot space was more than just an office—it represented our vision of long-term investments, local expertise, and a commitment to quality that still drives us.
Today, the sign from that first office still hangs proudly, serving as a reminder of where we started and how far we’ve come.
A New Chapter
As SPPI’s portfolio and team grew, so did the need for a space that could support the company’s expanding operations. On May 7, 2009, we opened the doors to our newly constructed corporate office at 1800 Willow Pass Court in Concord, California. Spacious, efficient, and purposefully designed, it continues to serve as our operational hub—supporting the demands of a dynamic industry while keeping us closely connected to the communities we serve.
Today, our diverse portfolio encompasses office buildings, retail centers, industrial business parks, and multi-family communities, primarily located throughout Concord, Walnut Creek, Oakley, Pittsburg, Fairfield, Vacaville, and extending across the wider East Bay. As a fully integrated firm, our in-house expertise spans every aspect of real estate, from development and construction to leasing, management, and finance. This cohesive structure ensures seamless operations and a consistently high-quality experience for our tenants and partners across all our properties.
